The most important thing while indulging in an extreme sport is the preparation required for getting into the sport. It is exciting to engage in new activities, but only if you are mentally and physically prepared. There is no minimum age as such, but the preferable age is 18 years. Anyone who is 50 years of age can join these adventurous ventures provided they are miles away from heart disease.
